A well-crafted office project in Sendai, and a meaningful return to the city where I once studied. The metal façade gives the building a sharp, contemporary identity, while the interior layout is calm and efficient. Circulation is especially well handled, making the spaces feel open and intuitive. A strong project that fits naturally into the evolving character of Sendai.
